Time Management

One thing we all struggle with, in our life is time management, we tend to procrastinate thinking that we can just finish it on the night before. Keeping a schedule can prove to be very useful and it can reduce the stress and anxiety that you go through which can improve your mental health. Here are some tips on time management:-

1. It can be useful to keep a to-do list, write down everything that you have to do but remember do not a million tasks just for the sake of a to-do list. Prioritize and only write down what you think you can achieve in the day

2. Try to spend less time on your phone during your breaks between tasks but it is important to give yourself a break otherwise you will feel overwhelmed

3. Once you are given an assignment or task, I suggest you write it down somewhere so you can remember it will save you the last-minute stress of completing the task

4. Focus on only on one task at a time otherwise, you will probably not even achieve half the things on your list

5. Start with the biggest task first and then slowly make your way to the bottom

6. Try to plan your tasks out over the week and do not cram it into one day and most importantly don’t bite off more than you can chew!

I hope you find these tips useful, personally the schedule and writing down the task helps me the most and it saves me a lot of stress and worry. If you use these tips, let me know how well they worked out for you
